Eunoia Flora Studio reserves the right to revise and update the terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please discontinue and leave the website without hesitation.

Eunoia Flora Studio reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, vases, wrapping papers, fruits, and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should the original materials be unavailable.

When placing an order with us, you are responsible to ensure that the accuracy of the delivery address, contact number of the recipient as well as your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Our products are handcrafted one at a time. It is therefore very rare to create identical items. Flowers or plants may vary slightly in size and colour to those pictured. These are not faults and we cannot accept exchanges if you are unhappy with the colouring of individual flowers or plants. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement.

Images are not to scale; we have provided approximate dimensions for all items to guide you on your choice of size. By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that there may be variations between images and products produced.

We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different devices you might be using, the colour in the image may vary slightly from the actual colour of the product.

Prices listed on our website (flowers, related goods, delivery, etc) are quoted in Ringgit (RM).These prices are subject to change without prior notice or obligations to you.

Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop. All our online transactions are processed via Online Banking & Touch n Go.

We endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the site is correct. Occasionally, however, an error may occur and products may be mispriced. If a Product's correct price is higher than the price stated on the site, we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel your order. We will not be obliged to supply Products at an incorrect price. Eunoia Flora Studio may vary the prices of products listed on the site at any time and without any notice.

If your credit or payment method is not denominated in the currency of your purchase indicated on the site, the final price may be charged in the currency of your card or account. Such final price is calculated and charged by your card issuer or bank or payment method provider and therefore we shall not be responsible for any cost, expense, charge or other liability which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of your card issuer or payment method provider charging you in a different currency other than the currency of your purchase as displayed on the site.

Eunoia Flora Studio will ensure that flowers are in good condition when they left us.  However, there may be occasions that the flowers are damaged in transit. Should such an event occur, and the flowers are damaged to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us immediately. (within 1- 2 hours of receive) to ensure the fairness of judgement.

Eunoia Flora Studio will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery due to reschedule or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:-

We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can. Please note the following:

Any cancellation, return or refund orders that have been fully paid cannot be refunded in cash terms or bank transfer. However, a voucher/ credit will be issued to the customer. The credit can be used with no expiry date.

Any other refund requests made will be accepted or declined at Eunoia Flora Studio's own discretion. Eunoia Flora Studio reserves full rights to decline a refund request. 

Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include but are to be limited to: adverse weather conditions – such as typhoons, rainstorm warnings, hill-slides, earthquakes, snow, flood, extreme winds, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public roads, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike. 

All content on this site and produced by Eunoia Flora Studio including the website design, photographs, images, text, video, graphics, illustrations, proposals, workshops and product design are the intellectual property of Eunoia Flora Studio. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, upload or otherwise distribute any of the content contained within this site without prior written consent and authorisation from Eunoia Flora Studio.

All photographs on this site from third-parties credit the photographer where possible, if you have reason to believe your work is being used on this site without your permission please contact us directly to resolve the issue.
